iCutDNA

• Description: iCut DNA put the power of REBASE, the Restriction Enzyme Database at your fingerprints. You can use it to find commonly used (type II) restriction enzymes by name or by specifying the recognition sequence. Information from the database for each enzymes includes references, suppliersm isoschizomers, and often a methylation site. In addition ,iCut DNA computes a list of enzymes which produce sequences with compatible sticky ends.
